The Annual Landowners’ meeting is held in January each year on the second Tuesday, beginning at 5:00 p.m., in the Lobby of the Haines City Public Library, 111 North 6th Street, Haines City, Florida. Landowners are encouraged to attend and participate.
Throughout the year, the Board of Supervisors will meet to discuss issues that are pertinent to maintenance of the drainage ditch. The next meeting of the Board of Supervisors will be held on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, in the Lobby of the Haines City Public Library, beginning at 5:00 p.m. The address of the Haines City Public Library is 111 North Sixth Street, Haines City, Florida. The agenda may be amended by the Board; changes will be announced at the board meeting.
Landowners are invited and encouraged to attend all meetings of the Board of Supervisors.

Requests to be placed on the agenda for meetings of the Board of Supervisors should be received in writing prior to the meeting date at which the petitioner desires to appear. Requests should include the petitioner’s name, contact information, reason for the request and any pertinent information (such as: maps, sketches, photographs). All documents are public records and will be retained by the District. Upon receipt of the request, additional instructions will be provided to the petitioner by the District secretary.
